I offer psychologically-informed cognitive coaching for students, recent graduates and adult professionals, navigating work-life challenges, life transitions and meaningful personal or professional goals.
Ashiyana Kesari Desay
I draw on research in neuroscience, and on-going training in cognitive behavioural and person-centred coaching, as well as mindfulness techniques to help my clients understand what is happening in their brains, and to build the mindset and strategies that underpin academic performance and positive behavioural change.
My background combines a Cambridge education (Human, Social & Political Sciences, MA Cantab) with training in counselling skills, creative mindfulness, and years of hands-on work in academic and pastoral settings.

My mission is to help capable minds build confidence, clarity and momentum towards achieving their potential & a more fulfilling life.
Your ability has never been the problem.
Most clients who come to me aren't struggling because of a lack of willpower. They're struggling because something is getting in the way: lack of clarity over their values and goals, inability to visualise their future directions and how it maps to those core values, anxiety, self-doubt, imposter syndrome, a fear of failure, time management or organisation challenges, strategic difficulties, or a brain that won't cooperate under pressure at work or school the way they need it to.
